To use for child, boil water as if you’re preparing tea. Add in 2-3 tablespoons of herbs to 2 cups of water and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Then find a heat resistant glass bowl or cup and strain into the bowl. Or you can use a tea strainer to strain directly into the bath water. Be sure to take precautions and test the water to make sure it isn’t too hot for the child.
Turn on the stove, Add 1-2 tsp of herbs to 1 cup spring water, boil for 10 minutes then turn off the stove, cover, and steep for 20 minutes, then strain. For a more effective and stronger tea steep 2 hour.
